Suez: Voltage is 19th-century French designer (and dreamer) Ferdinand de Lesseps, who chases a lone-minded target of creating the Suez Canal. His genuine complication is selecting between aristocratic Loretta and pragmatic Annabella. Cast includes Tyrone Electricity, Loretta Youthful, Annabella, Henry Stephenson, Maurice Moscovich, Joseph Schildkraut, Sidney Blackmer, Nigel Bruce, Miles Mander, George Zucco, and Leon Ames. (104 minutes, 1938)

Indiscreet: Bergman is an acclaimed actress whom American playboy Permit romances and might forget. It is an admirable comedy from Norman Krasna's play 'Kind Sir Made in England.' This was redone as a 1988 TVM with Robert Wagner and Lesley-Anne Down in Indiscretion of an American Spouse 1953. Turgid melodrama set in Rome's railway station, with Jones the adulterous spouse meeting lover Clift for one more clinch. Cast includes Cary Permit, Ingrid Bergman, Cecil Parker, Phyllis Calvert, David Kossoff, and Megs Jenkins. (100 minutes, 1958)

Only Angels Have Wings: Youthful gal fantasies of supporting toy cadets in battle contrary to sinister Mouse Baron in this flat rewording of the classic tale. It is set to Tchaikovsky music. Slow paced low-spending limit excited characteristic, based on the E. T. A. Hoffmann reserve the Nutcracker and the Mouse Emperor; a Disney wannabe that easily isn't. Cast includes Cary Permit, Jean Arthur, Richard Barthelmess, Rita Hayworth, Thomas Mitchell, Peter Boretski, and Phyllis Diller. (121 minutes, 1939)

The Truman Show: Truman Burbank starts to get a strange feeling. He can't quite explain it, but something just isn't right. It turns out that Truman is right. In fact everyone else in town is an actor, and every day is The Truman Show.

The Strange Door: Laughton camps it up in this bulky-handed, apparent adaptation of a Robert Louis Stevenson tale of a sadistic squire and his nefarious plans. Karloff has a thankless role as a servant identified Voltan. Cast Charles Laughton, Boris Karloff, Sally Forrest, Richard Stapley, Michael Pate, Alan Napier, and Paul Cavanagh. (81 minutes, 1951)

Dracula's Daughter: Continuation to the Lugosi classic portrays vampire exercises of Holden. Pichel adds implementing aid as her malevolent manservant. Hillyer, usually a B-Western director, manages to imbue this chiller with a moody, subtly sensual quality. Cast includes Cast includes Gloria Holden, Otto Kruger, Marguerite Churchill, Irving Pichel, Edward Minivan Sloan, Nan Grey, and Hedda Basket. (70 minutes, 1936)

The Good Wife: Secluded, uninterested spouse Ward gets to be addicted to the new gentleman in town Neill. The movie is unsurprising and a tad dull however additionally well made and well performed.
